The firm is located in New Orleans, LA and is led by principal Kurt Hagstette, AIA. With over 40 years of professional practice, Kurt has managed the design and production of a range of building types.
With his newly formed Salcedo Companies, he brings his extensive knowledge of design and building technology to real estate development projects in the region.
Formerly with prominent New Orleans architectural firms, Arthur Q. Davis, FAIA (1995-2000) and most recently a principal at EskewDumezRipple (2000-2021), he lead many significant projects including the New Orleans Arena (1999), the Louisiana Superdome Renovation (2009), the New Orleans Arena Expansion (2012), Keller Library and Community Center (2010) and LWCC Office Building Renovation in Baton Rouge (2021).
